How can the SEC offer support?
Education is the responsibility of all. Schools, parents, and the community join forces to create a generation that is proud of its culture and values. Unfortunately, in the recent past, there have been a number reports on student misbehavior in the schools, an aspect that is not aligned with the local culture and values which consequently affect their academic outcomes.

In the light of the above, what, in your opinion are the best ways to tackle such behavioral problems? What advice and directions should educators receive on how to teach students and empower them with the right knowledge and good conduct. What is the best procedure to be adopted in the case of breaching the procedures’ sections? What is the best channel to communicate with parents? Is it better to build good relations with the students or adopt supervision methods on students?

In my piont of view I think teachers shouldn't be too strict on students especially students that are in independent highschool. I've been workign for an independent school in doha for only couple of months but the relation between me and the students is verygood. I noticed that many teachers are so strict and tough with students we need to break the fence between us and them. Teachers need to listen to the students from that students will respect the teacher and will behave better and better in her or his class. It might sound irralated but it works with teenagers.

Certain discipline is needed from my perspective.Students who are being defiant or not co-operating in the class would likely to have negative influences on others as i have noticed that kids from elementry schools tend to imitate from each other and that's where the problems is.those kids who are still in crucial development in respective of their value on things or even morality, might probably sway because of peer pressure.
