Is the General Secondary Certificate accredited outside Qatar?

Any certificate issued by the State of Qatar is internationally accredited. This year, arrangements were made between the SEC, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to accredit the certificates of three secondary schools.
