New HR manager for the SEC

HE Mr. Saad Bin Ibrahim Al Mahmoud, Minister of Education and Higher Education and Secretary General of the Supreme Education Council issued a decision appointing Mr. Said Jassim Al Sayed as new Head of th eHuman Resource Department.
