Deputy Prime Minister launches technical school website

HE Mr. Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Attiyah, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy and Industry accompanied by the HE Dr. Mr. Mohammad Salah Al Sada, Minister of State for Energy and Industrial Affairs visited Qatar Technical School. Mr. Abdullah Al Shlaoi, Director of the Central Training Department at Qatar Petroleum and Mr. Mohamed Hassan Bahloul, the director general of the school received the delegation.

Mr. Al Shlaoi highlighted the school’s mission and vision of preparing an eligible generation that can compete in the global economy. He also discussed the merits of the school, its goals, the evaluation system, the education process especially regarding the academic curriculum, and stressed that the new system integrates the study of theoretical study and practical training to achieve the highest benefit from both.

Thereafter, HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy and Industry launched the website of the school. Mr. Bahloul briefly spoke about the contents of the website. The deputy prime minister later honored Mr. Bahloul for his efforts to raise efficiency and improve the level of the school. He then toured around the school workshops of electrical, mechanical, industrial processing and machines, and listened to the students in each section.
