Professional development courses for DCM staff

The Data Collection and Management (DCM) Office of the Evaluation Institute held two training programs for its staff aimed at helping them understand ways of dealing with work pressure and good communication in the working environment. Dr. Ganaai and Dr.Khalid Mohammed Al Khalifa from Kuwait conducted.

Mr. Jamal Abdullah Al Midfa, the director of DCM said the training courses aimed at developing staff in the area of data collection and familiarize them with skills that improve their performance, dealing with the pressures of work and instilling excellent communication skills.
