Umm Al Qura issues activities calendar

Umm Al-Qura Model for Boys Independent School issued its first annual calendar containing activities and events for the academic year 2008-09. The book also contains word from school principal, Ms. Mona Al-Ansari, where she calls on her students to take advantage of the new ways teaching and learning available to them.

The book reviews the vision and mission, the school curriculum, which is aligned to the SEC standards, a section devoted to the Board of Trustees, the workshops and conferences to held at the school. There is also a special section on sports and documentary photographs that address the most important events and activities.

“Umm Ul-Qura in the eyes of the media” is a section that highlights some activities and events published by local newspapers. The issue was prepared by the Public Relations Department under the supervision of the school principal, Ms. Mona Al-Ansari.
