The HEI issues scholarship financial guide

The Finance and Administrative Office of the Higher Education Institute of the Supreme Education Council has released the Scholarship Programs Students Financial Guide aimed at briefing students, parents and all stakeholders on accurate information pertaining to the scholarship programs financial issues. The guide also addresses issues relating to annual allowances, monthly allowances, one-time allowances, and schools tuition.
